She began her career as a behavior technician and has since worked across a wide variety of settings, including schools, residential centers, day-clinics and in-home services. Alex is known for her commitment to high-quality, compassionate care and her ability to translate research into meaningful, real-world outcomes. As CEO, she leads with a focus on innovation, clinical excellence, and building strong, supportive teams.
