Alison Campbell is the founder and owner of Live Empowered, a company dedicated to supporting adults with disabilities through individualized, relationship-based care. As both a provider and a parent of an adult son with disabilities, Alison brings a deeply personal and professional perspective to her work. She has led the development of Live Empowered’s “Dreams, Needs, and Abilities” model, which centers services around what is most meaningful to each individual rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Alison has extensive experience working with families, support coordinators, and care teams to build sustainable, high-quality support systems that promote independence, dignity, and belonging. She is especially passionate about helping individuals find their voice—equipping them with the tools, confidence, and opportunities to advocate for themselves and take an active role in shaping their own lives. Through her work, she continues to push the industry toward truly person-centered practices that prioritize both dreams and self-determination as core components of care.
