About me
Sam is a long-time participant in Live Empowered’s Host Home and Day Program, where he has consistently worked toward building greater independence and a meaningful, self-directed life. Through individualized, person-centered support, Sam has developed skills in money management and budgeting, while also planning for future dream experiences, including travel. He continues to make progress in strengthening his mobility skills and navigating his environment with greater confidence. Sam has also been working on new ways to share his story and connect with others, demonstrating creativity and persistence even when communication can be challenging. His journey reflects the power of long-term, relationship-based support and the importance of helping individuals grow, express themselves, and advocate for what matters most to them.
